Why we love it ?
The parisian jam is handmade and following scrupulous respect for tradition.
Some rare and seasonal fruits, zero chemical products and only non-refined cane sugar. Their cooking is controlled with carefull watch in pot, not barrel, in a way the cooking is homogeneous and fruits can give all their flavour. The jam is delicately ladle in white glazed pots in order of not letting the light get through it.
